Roquette is a manufacturer of starch and starch derivatives from a variety of sources, including potatoes. Roquette runs one potato starch plant in France, Roquette Freres Vecquemont (Somme), where they had a potato starch production quotum of 202095.15 tons for 2010. The Vecquemont factory is the largest of the two potato starch production facilities in France.
