Besides the regular nuts, also a variety of other nuts like walnuts, cashew nuts and dough coated nuts can be deep fried with this system.
A complete nut frying line consists of a fryer with a hopper and infeed system, ambient air cooler, a glazing and salting section and an optional heating system.
All parts of the nuts frying systems are easy to operate by onluy one operator via the BMA advanced process Control system. This system can also be applied to existing nuts frying systems.
