Swedish machine manufacturer Rosenqvists introduces two new industrial fryers, one for the production of extruded snacks, another for the production of parfried potato specialties.
New fryer for extruded snacksRosenqvists recently installed a newly designed frying system for extruded snacks with a unique oil flow design that ensures a controlled laminar oil flow over the full width and length of the fryer pan.

The fryer has a a ”free-floating” zone for setting this fragile product, before it receives it´s final crispiness and texture in the submerger section. A very low total oil volume ensures a good oil quality for longer shelf life. The fryer is also suitable for tortilla chips, corn nuts and other snack foods.
New fryer for potato specialties
The unique knowledge and know how of Rosenqvists on frying techniques have been used and implemented in the new frying system for potato specialities. The exact and controlled oil flow ensures that every single product has the same frying time and does not change it´s internal position in the 10 meter long frying pan.
Thanks to the laminar oil stream the products will not touch each other. With an oil level of only 16 mm below the product zone, the total oil volume in the fryer system gives a very quick Oil- Turn – Over – Rate for optimal product quality.

As an equipment manufacturers for the snack industry, Rosenqvists will be exhibiting at the
Snackex in Barcelona, Spain June 13 and 14.Source: Rosenqvists News
