Seabrook Crisps has become the official crisps sponsor of the O2 Arena in London.

The O2 Arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in the centre of The O2, a large entertainment complex on the Greenwich Peninsula in London, England. It is named after its main sponsor, the telecommunications company O2

Seabrook said the deal is another stage in its multi-million pound investment for growth, following its re-launch earlier this year, which aimed to target housewives aged over 40.

It said the deal ensures the brand can reach the arena’s key audience of females aged 35 to 54, which makes up 56% of its visitors.

Seabrook will be holding a series of sampling and marketing activities throughout the 12 month sponsorship and year round broadcast media advertising at its major events.

Kevin Butterworth said: “Presence at the O2 Arena will give Seabrook Crisps fantastic visibility with its target audience and the wider public. The venue attracts the world’s biggest musical acts, giving us a highly sought after platform to promote the brand.

“The sponsorship will enable Seabrook Crisps to reach millions of consumers to help drive demand and, with two thirds of the venue’s visitors hailing from London and the southern counties, it will also support a major aim to boost brand awareness in the south.”
