Hoegger is the manufacturer of the Hoegger separator, a process unit widely used in the production of potato specialties.

The HOEGGER Separator is successfully used to separate hard and soft pieces during the production of mashed potatoes.

The efficient separating process ensures that the cell structure of the product remains intact. The separator is equipped with a separating system that ensures continuous and stable separation. By selecting a perforated disc and regulating the counter pressure at the discharge of the residual material, the degree of separation and the texture can be selected.
