Snyder of Berlin is a manufacturer of potato chips and other savory snacks in the United States. The company is part of Birds Eye foods. Birds Eye Foods also owns Tim's Cascade Snacks.

In December 2009, Birds Eye foods was acquired by the Pinnacle Foods Group LLC, a private equity portfolio company of The Blackstone Group (“Blackstone”) from a holding company controlled by Vestar Capital Partners, Pro-Fac Cooperative, and Birds Eye Foods management.

Pinnacle Foods was acquired by Conagra Foods in 2018 after a sale of Pinnacle Foods to Hillshire Foods in 2014 fell through. Conagra Foods sold Snyder of Berlin in 2019 together with several other Direct-Store-Delivery Model Snacks Businesses to Utz Quality Foods in October 2019.
