Since 1995 Yum Tasmanian have evolved to supply gourmet potatoes to discerning customers through out Australia and internationally.

The company describes its farms as "a carefully tended patchwork of living soils intermingled with Tasmanian rainforest."

Varieties provided include Dutch Cream, Kipfler varieties complimented by an increasing range of coloured and fingerling potatoes such as Purple Congo Potatoes and Red fingerling.

Potatoes are marketed under the Yum Tasmanian and Anchor Farm Organics brand.

Australia: Purple Bliss potato could become family favourite

The new ‘purple bliss’ potato (grown in Tasmania and bred in Idaho) could become a family favourite now that it has begun producing commercial quantities, and 20 tonnes are making their way to supermarket shelves.
