As of the 8th of November 2013, Leo te Brake, director/owner sold his shares in FTNON to Active Capital Company B.V. (ACC). His function in the board of directors of FTNON has been taken over by Jan Middelburg of ACC.
ACC is an independent hands-on participation company with an office in Amsterdam. ACC invests in industrial companies, headquartered in the Netherlands, which are active in industrial goods &services and (technical) wholesale.
Thanks to the expertise of ACC, FTNON will be able to approach the market even better, especially with a view to the realisation of larger projects, the development of new machinery, and the increase in sales capacity worldwide.
FTNON and ACC have found a reliable partner in each other and both have great confidence in the future.
