The Europatat 2019 Congress, co-organised by the Norwegian Association of Fruit and Vegetable Wholesalers (NFGF) and Europatat, will take place in Oslo (Norway) from 12 to 14 June 2019.

Under the slogan “The timeless potato: A dynamic and innovative food” , the Congress will explore the potential for innovation within the sector now and into the future as well as Norway’s special trade relations with the EU.

(Click to enlarge) In order to create a meeting for all potato professionals on the edge of a new potato season, Europatat organises its Congress every other year in Brussels, the capital of Europe, and every other year in a different European location.

The organisers are very excited to count with the keynote speech of Anita Krohn Traaseth, writer, business executive and former CEO of Innovation Norway, the Norwegian Government’s most important instrument for innovation and development.

Among other speakers, Marianne Borgen, Mayor of Oslo, Arne Ivar Sletnes, from the Norwegian Agricultural Cooperatives, Ingeborg Flones, CEO of HOFF SA, and Åsmund Bjertnæs, CEO of Bjernæs & Hoel, will also join the discussions.
