Process Expo

Process Expo 2011

Continues as Scheduled
In person and online
Who Should Exhibit?

Suppliers of equipment, technology and services to the food processing and packaging industry. Processors will come to a show because they will see “the best of the best” of suppliers in their industry sector. Other exhibitors should join the show because they want/need to be seen with “the best of the best” and have products and solutions that food processors need to see. PROCESS EXPO will be the premier show in North America, held biennially in Chicago and considered the “must see” show to visit!

Who Will Attend?

Decision makers from around the globe representing all the major food processing and packaging companies in the capacity of engineering, operations, R&D, purchasing and general management. Processors attend PROCESS EXPO because they meet top suppliers of equipment, technology and services in the food industry.

Show Size?

450+ Exhibitors representing Over 200,000 net sq ft

Who sponsors PROCESS EXPO?

This is a member run show, sponsored by The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA). Suppliers, who not only provide the financial resources for a tradeshow, but also are primarily responsible for drawing visitors to the show have united to build a tradeshow that responds to the demands of the marketplace. They are directing FPSA, owner of PROCESS EXPO, to redefine the tradeshow of the future for the processors and suppliers serving the food and beverage industries.

Will you offer education?

Yes. There will be special sessions offered Monday before the show (10/31/11) and as well as Tuesday through Thursday (11/1 – 11/3) in the morning prior to the show opening each day. We will offer educational events that appeal to food processors in the areas of food safety, automation, sustainability and other critical industry topics.

What is the cost to attend the show?

$25 Advance
$50 On-site

How Do I Sign Up To Exhibit?

FPSA members receive first priority on exhibit space before non-members are contacted.

The “member round” begins June 7, 2010. We will provide access to the floor plan prior to starting the member round and you will receive several notices leading to the member round. Non-members can book space starting July 18 at the 2010 show in Chicago.

Will IFT’s Food Expo co-locate with PROCESS EXPO?

Since the show format has shifted to a biennial format in the fall, the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) will not co-locate with FPSA in 2011. FPSA and IFT are committed to providing an exceptional experience in 2010, and we will continue to consider options for collaboration with IFT as we move forward with this new format.
