Quality & Innovation Management (QIM) is a five-day course ideal for snack manufacturing professionals.

Designed to give attendees the tools to enhance the quality of their products, QIM will discuss the latest technologies, innovations, instruments and best practices to measure and improve snack food quality.

The program will also cover the basic principles of how snacks are manufactured from raw ingredients to finished products. QIM combines classroom lectures from leading experts and innovators in the snack food industry with practical lab work in the FIC’s Plot Plant. The program also includes a guided tour of Jones Potato Chip Company’s manufacturing facility.
