Sensors
Optimal storage conditions can only be achieved with the help of accurate sensors. Allround produces its temperature sensors in their own factory where they are produced under optimal conditions
Radial grader
The Allround Radial grader is equipped with laterally placed grading rolls out of stainless steel. The distance between these rolls changes in steps over the different grading stages. Conveyor belts are placed under the machine, one for each grading size.
Flo-Flavour™ Plus
The Flo-Flavour™ plus systems have been designed to apply powder and oil (if required) separately to products that do not need a slurry based flavour that soaks in. The systems are used for other snacks products like fried snacks.
Wet hopper
The Allround Wet hopper, previously called Jacuzzi, is used as a pre-cleaning device. The product falls in the water, where the sticky soil makes it heavier.

Peeling line Delta Roller Spreader
The Tummers Peeling Line Delta Roller Spreader has specially been developed for gentle transport to a wider product flow. This machine is commonly used to feed potatoes from the outfeed of a screw conveyor to a wide sorter, but is suitable for a wide variety of food products.
Primary Oil Filter
The Primary Oil Filter filters the oil of an entire frying system, making sure the oil is clean and crumb-free. With the very narrow pass, the POF provides a better result than most other filters installed in this part of a processing line.

Washing line Destoner/Washer unit
Tummers Washing line Destoner/Washer unit is a stainless steel machine combination for destoning and washing potatoes and tubers that was developed for 24/7 industrial use. Optionally the machine can be set up to separate floating parts (foliage and stalks) from your product.
