Water Treatment (Solids Removal)

Inspection unit in cabin
The Allround Cabin inspection is used for manual sorting of the waste between the products. It allows you to pick out the rotten products and other waste, which can be disposed of onto the waste belt between the two belts.

Mobile transporter
The Allround Mobile transporter is used to transport products or bags of products over heights. The machine is on wheels to ensure flexibility.
Inspection unit with rollers
The Allround Roller inspection tables are designed for round products. This table allows you to manually select and inspect your products in comfort. The diameter of the rollers is 55 mm.
Hoppers
Allround hoppers are designed to feed machines or product lines or act as a buffer in a processing line. The hopper is designed to work with cubic boxes and big bags.
Food Pump
The Pomac CP-AGF program comprises a range of stainless steel pumps, suited for pumping potatoes, vegetables and fruits, without damaging them.
Inclined or Vertical Elevators
Tecno Alimentaria Valenciana (TAV) have two models: standard and with external chassis. The external chassis allows the interior cleaning, it is accessible to have control points, and in this way to control that there are no product remains inside.

Series 1750 Flush Grid Belt
The new Intralox® Series 1750 Flush Grid belt takes abrasion resistance to a new level. It is a superior solution for use in the harsh conditions wet (potato) receiving lines.
Allround Fixed Roller sets
The Allround Fixed roller sets are designed to take out loose skin and dirt. This raises the capacity of the line and reduces the amount of dirt in the other machines and is the most gentle and efficient way of pre-cleaning.
Elevator
Flo-Mech feed elevator is manufactured from RHS stainless steel. Blue modular flighted belt with an integrated C.I.P system to clean belt and sprockets.
Adjustable roller sets
The Allround Adjustable roller sets are designed for pre-cleaning and pre-grading. They can be mounted on all types of Allround Hoppers. The Allround Adjustable roller sets are available with Stainless steel roller, Spiral rollers, and Diabolic roller.
