News on Potatoes in Retail from Nevada

For the first time, Potato Expo 2016, the largest conference and trade show for the potato industry in North America, will host a food truck chef competition highlighting the broad appeal of potatoes and mobile food trucks.

The World Food Championships announced today that the United States Potato Board (USPB) has officially signed on as a partner for the 2014 competition, which will be held in Downtown Las Vegas, November 12-18.
