- Russet Burbank (15.8%)
- Goldrush (12.2%)
- Russet Norkotah (10.5%)

- Silverton Russet (6.4%)
- Umatilla Russet (6.2%)
- Snowden (5.1%)
All other varieties count for less than 3% of the Wisconsin Fall potato acreage.
