Heat and Control ®, a world-leading equipment manufacturer, announced the opening of their newest factory located in the United States, located in Union, Missouri, 50 miles southwest of St. Louis.

The new facility fabricates Spray Dynamics® equipment and offers the latest in manufacturing capability, in modern office and engineering space, in product testing rooms, and it offers space for future site development.

A key feature of the new facility is a demonstration/trial centre that provides comprehensive testing capability across a wide range of Heat and Control products. This site offers the ability to test an integrated line of processing, conveying, coating and packaging equipment.

R&D teams can perform a test from start to finish or for an individual process as required with the direct assistance of Heat and Control expertise. The 15.24m x 22.86 square metre (50x75 ft2) room features an analysis and instrumentation space for product attribute testing during trials, a walk-in refrigerator and freezer, and a temperature control system that can simulate plant conditions.
