Agrarfrost presents Crunchy Riffled Frites and 3D Potato Minions at Anuga 2019
German potato company Agrarfrost will be presenting itself in Cologne from October 5 to 9, 2019 at the world's largest trade fair for food and beverages with a world first –
matching the Anuga's motto "Taste the Future".
With the Crunchy Riffled Frites developed by
Agrarfrost – a cross-over of potato deep-frozen speciality and a chips snack – the family-owned company is opening up a completely new product segment for the food retail trade.
“Following the product success of our Minions 3D potato figures, we are delighted to present our world innovation Crunchy Riffled Frites to an international trade audience.”Anuga visitors can find the new, modernized Agrarfrost stand in Hall 04.1, Stand B 029 / C 028.

New potato treat for the young target group
Agrarfrost presents innovative product concepts for different target groups at Anuga. With a special focus on young user groups, the potato deep-frozen specialist will be presenting Crunchy Riffled Frites for completely new enjoyable taste experiences.
With this world first, consumers can for the first time individually create their warm potato snack with an extra-thin cut and fine wave structure in the classic chip style at home – in the desired crispness.
The unique combination of warm potato speciality and the Smoked Pepper coating, which is popular with consumers, makes Crunchy Riffled Frites absolutely unique.

The second Agrarfrost product highlight at Anuga 2019 is the Minions potato figures in an
exceptional 3D look. Successfully launched in food retail, the cult figurines are also

Agrarfrost Tater Bites, to generate the extra sales in gastronomy
Furthermore, Germany's largest producer of sustainably produced potato deep-frozen specialities will for the first time present a popular classic from the USA, the so-called Tater Bites – in Agrarfrost quality as a further product highlight for the entire foodservice market at the trade fair.
The popular American classics are cylindrically shaped cubes made from a Rösti mass with a diameter of about two centimeters and a length of three centimeters. The new Agrarfrost product is convincing in taste, with excellent portionability and quick preparation in the deep fryer.

With the Clean Label concept, Agrarfrost also completely dispenses with the use of artificial flavour enhancers, colourings and flavour additives.
