Unilever, one of the world's leading manufacturers of consumer
goods, is seeking a strategic partnership with Aviko Rixona.

The aim is to create synergies
driven by scale and technology and to manufacture best potato products.

Unilever is
confident that this partnership will drive portfolio development and category innovation.

As part of this partnership, Aviko Rixona will take over Unilever's potato products plant in
Stavenhagen.

All 210 Unilever employees will become part of Aviko Rixona once the
acquisition is formerly closed.

At the same time, Aviko Rixona will become a long-term
supplier for Unilever's potato products and snackpots.

The Pfanni brand remains with Unilever. It will still be managed by Unilever. Pfanni
products will also continue to be distributed by Unilever. The same applies to the products
of other brands that are manufactured in Stavenhagen (e.g. Knorr / Unox / Colman's /
Amino Snack Pots).

Peter Dekkers, Managing Director of Unilever DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), is
delighted about the new partnership with Aviko Rixona::

“This gives Stavenhagen real
growth prospects. Aviko Rixona's ambition is to become the world market leader in potato
granules and flakes. Stavenhagen has all the prerequisites to play a decisive role in this.”

For more than 45 years, the Pfanni factory in Stavenhagen has stood for outstanding
potato products and is characterised by unique technologies as well as enormous
expertise.

Aviko Rixona, an Aviko subsidiary, is part of Royal Cosun, an international agro-industrial
cooperative dedicated to the manufacturing of plant-based solutions for food, feed and
non-food applications and green energy. Over the past 90 years, Aviko Rixona has
developed into a leading producer of dehydrated potato granules and potato flakes.

These products are supplied to the snack food industry, catering and retail, bakery, meat
and fish industries and to producers of soups and sauces in more than 60 countries on all
5 continents.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
