RMA-Techniek supplies everything in the field of inspection and sampling of potatoes, from manual machines to fully automated lines. Frying color determination is still a labour-intensive process, their latest invention, the "RMA-Robot-Fryer", also automates this part of the inspection process so that the samples can be processed fully automatically.
Samples are first cut into sticks, the fries are transported with a robot arm. The starch is automatically rinsed off and then the sticks are blown dry. By means of the robot arm, the fries are transported to the correct fryer where the sticks are always baked at the same temperature and time. After baking, the bars automatically go under a camera where the baking color of each bar is determined.
With our machine, the “RMA RoboFry”, your samples are analyzed fully automatically in exactly the same way 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The automation makes it possible to carry out more and larger sampling, so that the process is better optimized.
