The farm is located in one of Canada's most well-known potato-growing regions and specialises in commercial potato production, certified seed potato culture, crop rotation, and sustainable agricultural techniques that benefit the Canadian potato sector.
Lionel Poitras and his son Alyre Poitras founded the enterprise, which has become a staple of New Brunswick's potato growing industry. According to the Potato World Hall of Recognition, the company has grown over the years to comprise around 575 acres of farmland, with around 300 acres dedicated to potato cultivation among rotating crops.
