Variety Description
La Strada is an early maincrop variety producing very high yields of bold and bright tubers. La Strada has an average dry matter and a pleasant taste and texture. La Strade is classified into AB type of potato, suitable for baking and cooking, general consumption.

A lower dose of nitrogen and regular protection against mold are recommended. Even in stressful climatic conditions, it provides extremely high yields of large round tubers.
