SANDRA
Sandra is a medium late variety with good consumption characteristics,very good storability and a high marketable yield. The tubers are oval to long oval shape with shallow eyes. They have a deep red skin and yellow flesh colour.

Sandra potatoes contain 13–14% of starch. This variety has a uniform grading and low sensitivity to mechanical damage, internal defects and black spots. The tuber does not change color after cooking.
