Small line to pack potatoes
In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.

Combi-Washer
Our Combi-Washer integrates a Barrel Washer and Floating Debris Remover. Produce continues on to the Barrel Washer where it is washed (for more information, see Barrel-Washer).
Mini-Wet Hopper
Wyma's Mini Wet Hopper (for buffer storage) is great when you need in-line buffer storage and produce soak at the clean end of your line. It can also be used for chemical applications.
Brush washer 815
Brush washer 815 is used to wash and peel fruit, and wash after peeling vegetables like potatoes, carrots, turnips, red beets and celery. Inside the trough, an adjustable screw regulates the product flow or the time the product spends in the machine.
Flume Destoner
Wyma's Flume Destoner removes stones and clods from your produce flow to minimize damage to equipment and produce further down your processing line.
Medium Potato Line
Medium Potato line is a 25-ton line which has two receiving options. Produce may be received directly from a field harvest truck or via storage bins using an Electric Bin Tipper.

Washing & Grading Plant
