The Aurora Borealis Usva is a dedicated re-peeling machine designed to refine steam-peeled potatoes and other root vegetables. By removing residual peel and surface irregularities after the steam peeling stage, the Usva improves finished product quality, extends shelf life and increases usable yield — without requiring a full re-design of the existing steam peeling line.
