Cooking Instruction

Heat edible oil to about 170°C.
Add frozen patties to the heated oil directly.
Gently shake the frying basket after 45 second to ensure even cooking.
Cook the patties till desired colour and crispiness is attained (usually 2.5 - 3 minutes)
