Tummers Food Processing Solutions has developed the ‘E²E-Condenser’, a unit that redirects the emission of steam peeling machines, allowing energy to be recovered for use elsewhere in the production.

Tummers Food Processing Solutions have recently unveiled their latest development in the market, a steam peeler, with a total cost of ownership that is lower than any other peeler available. The peel loss of this machine is comparable with the result of other peelers on the market, but at lower operational costs and a lower steam consumption.

TOMRA Food has appointed category expert Marco Colombo as Global Category Director Potatoes. In this role, he will strengthen the company’s relationship with the potato industry even further and consolidate its position as a thought leader in the sector.
