In 2022 the Lueneburg-based seed potato company Europlant Pflanzenzucht GmbH celebrates its 30th anniversary.

Europlant presents potato varieties with high nutrient efficiency. The high-yielding and high-quality special varieties for low input production protect the environment and save costs.

Thirty-four potato growers took the opportunity to discuss potatoes, exchange information about the potato market and simply make small talk again at a variety presentation at Europlant.

Potato is one of the most popular foods. For many consumers, however, it contains too many carbohydrates. Europlant adapts to the low-carb nutrition trend and is now offering two potato varieties with fewer carbohydrates.

As the world's leading trade fair for the global fruit and vegetable sector, FRUIT
LOGISTICA, which took place from 5 to 7 February 2020 at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds, is a meeting
place for experts and companies in the branch.
