The speed and efficiency of Ishida multihead weighers at specialist crisp manufacturer Pipers Crisps have played a key role in the company’s continuing success, which over the past five years has seen annual growth of between 38 and 45 per cent.

Ishida Europe BV has made a number of key sales and service appointments and is investing in a new customer demonstration area as part of the company’s ambitious growth plans to support the Benelux market.

Ishida Europe is introducing an enhancement to its market-leading Atlas range of snack food bagmakers which the company says will increase its already-high speeds on Potato Chips by a further 35% to a performance leading 150 bags per minute.
