The merger was announced in July 2010 and completed in December of 2010. (Extra thick Kettle cooked potato chips), Tom's (extruded Snacks), Grande (Tortilla Chips), Archway (biscuits), Eat Smart Naturals (Veggie chips and popped snacks), Stella D'oro (biscuits), Jays (Potato Chips), O-Ke-Doke (popcorn) and Padrinos (Tortilla chips)
