Gillenkirch GmbH supplied a system solution to address PEI Potato Industry metal detection needs when this industry was confronted with intentionally inserted nails and needles in potatoes.

In 2014 we helped develop a concept for Valensija.The first stage enabled receiving, soil extraction, sorting, washing, polishing, storing, weighing & packaging of potatoes, onions & beetroot. The second stage includes the processing of carrots.

The plant is designed for the preparation, washing, polishing and sorting of ware potatoes. Both parts of the plant display first-class workmanship down to the smallest detail and are connected together in a highly efficient manner.

In December 2015 Gillenkirch installed a new and advanced potato line in Hevel-Maon Enterprises, one of the leading organizations in Israel.
