Sabi-Thorn Trading (Private) Limited is a Zimbabwean potato trading, grading, distribution, and cold storage corporation. The enterprise, founded in September 2020, sells locally grown commercial table potatoes from farmers to official and informal marketplaces throughout Zimbabwe. Its responsibilities include potato procurement, seed and input support, agronomic farm support, transportation, grading, cold storage, sales, and market distribution.

The firm runs on a secure farm supply network that comprises IL Integrated farms, Landos Farming, and a few third-party farmers. This network ensures a year-round supply of fresh potatoes to retailers, foodservice purchasers, wholesalers, and informal market merchants. Sabi-Thorn's customers include both official sector purchasers like Pick & Pay and Simbisa Brands Africa, and informal market channels like Mbare Musika.

Sabi-Thorn also operates an automated potato grading line and a 4,000 metric ton Tolsma Grisnich cold storage facility for potato storage and supply management. The company traded more than 23,000 metric tons of potatoes between September 2021 and May 2022, supporting potato availability in Zimbabwe’s consumer market.
