Addy Risseeuw wordt met ingang van 1 januari 2008 benoemd tot technisch directeur van de NAK, de Nederlandse Algemene Keuringsdienst voor zaaizaad en pootgoed van landbouwgewassen. Risseeuw volgt Ineke Mastenbroek op. Risseeuw was sinds 2001 als directeur grondstofzaken werkzaam bij zetmeelconcern Avebe. In het voorjaar van 2007 maakt hij bekend deze functie per 31 december 2007 te zullen neerleggen.
