Snack maker Frito-Lay has signed a long-term lease for a 35,000-square-foot, build-to-suit distribution facility in Fort Myers, FL.
The building will include state-of-the-art racking and distribution equipment, a 30-foot clear height and 5,000 square feet of office space.
Construction is scheduled to begin by the end of the month, with completion expected in early 2009.
