Agristo bouwt hoogste opslag voor diepvries friet

Agristo Nederland en Egemin Automation gaan de hoogste opslagruimte voor friet van de Benelux bouwen. Het hoogbouwmagazijn wordt maar liefst 40 meter hoog en komt in Tilburg. Het magazijn is bedoeld voor de opslag van diepgevroren friet (-25 graden Celsius).

In de opslagruimte komt plaats voor meer dan 25.000 europallets. De bouw begon afgelopen januari en zal ongeveer een jaar in beslag nemen. De nieuwe opslagruimte is deel van een groter project van Agristo. Egemin Automation levert alle besturingen voor de apparatuur en gespecialiseerde software voor magazijnbeheer en aansturing. Voor de invoer en uitvoer van pallets worden drie conveyors op verschillende niveaus voorzien.
