Variety Description

Pomerelle Russet is a brown-russet skin fresh market potato variety. It is an early maturing variety that produces moderately high early-season yields. The tubers are smooth, nicely shaped and have resistances to internal and external defects. It has a high percentage of U.S. No. 1 yield. It also has greater resistance to soft rot, corky ringspot and tuber infections from late blight.
