The Tolsma-Grisnich salt and clay baths seperate products like potatoes with a varying alike weight (a.o. potatoes with a low under water weight).

The Allround Shake grader is designed to grade potatoes according to the square size. The potatoes are fed to the top of the machine onto the top sieve. The sieves in the machine shake in sequential frequencies, which causes the potatoes to move along on the sieves.

The stone and clod separator can remove stones and clods from a batch of potatoes, onions or other root vegetables with an accuracy of 95%.

Tolsma-Grisnich offers various solutions for cleaning the products to be processed. Grading and processing of clean products leads to higher efficiency and accuracy.

Effective Rock and Debris Removal Minimizes Equipment Damage.

The Allround Radial grader is equipped with laterally placed grading rolls out of stainless steel. The distance between these rolls changes in steps over the different grading stages. Conveyor belts are placed under the machine, one for each grading size.

The FoodeQ Hex Spreader can be applied to grade and clear potatoes and other root vegetables from debris and sand. Also, the machine can spread a small product flow over the full width of the machine in a very short distance.

Tolsma-Grisnich Stone, clod and haulm seperator is used to make sure that unwanted elements like stones, clods and haulm is seperated from a batch of potatoes.

The Retro Grader conditions the potato shreds through drying and chilling to help ensure a formable product. Retro gradation is a process that takes place within the potato itself when it is cooled down after boiling or blanching. It changes the structure of the cells inside the potato.
