Vibratory Sizer and Graders
The CMP line of vibratory shakers have been designed to sort or size food products of all shapes and sizes.
Vibrating Length Sizer
Wyma's Vibrating Length Sizer sizes long produce prior to packaging. Produce is fed onto the sizer bed, made up of corrugated channels. The bed vibrates to spread produce across its width.
Spool Sizer
Wyma's Spool Sizer gently sizes round produce into two sizes. Our Spool Sizer has a series of rotating rollers fitted with spools set apart at a specified distance.
Tank Destoner
Wyma's Tank Destoner provides gentle stone and clod separation from produce prior to washing and reinspection cycles. Produce, stones and debris enter the water-filled tank, where a water jet directs the movement of produce towards the outfeed.
Hedgehog Top Remover
The Wyma Hedgehog Top Remover removes carrot tops, loose dirt and leaves, etc from produce flow. Produce and debris are fed onto the upwardly rotating belt.
Belt Inspection Table
Wyma's Belt Inspection Table conveys produce for manual and visual inspection. If produce is very dirty, an optional web belt can allow dirt, debris and water to fall through so they are not carried further down the processing line.
