Tummers Washing line Destoner/Washer unit is a stainless steel machine combination for destoning and washing potatoes and tubers that was developed for 24/7 industrial use. Optionally the machine can be set up to separate floating parts (foliage and stalks) from your product.

Screen sizer
The Allround Screen sizer is designed to grade according to the square or hexagonal size. the machine has a vibrating rotatling rubber bed with openings. is the product smaller than the opening, it falls on a belt.

Wyma's Vibrating Piece Remover removes unwanted produce pieces and debris early in your processing line and prior to packaging. Produce and debris are fed ontothe bed, which is made up of corrugated channels.

Hedgehog Top Remover
The Wyma Hedgehog Top Remover removes carrot tops, loose dirt and leaves, etc from produce flow. Produce and debris are fed onto the upwardly rotating belt.

Wyma's Vibrating Length Sizer sizes long produce prior to packaging. Produce is fed onto the sizer bed, made up of corrugated channels. The bed vibrates to spread produce across its width.

Wyma's Screen Sizer is a modular alternative to the Lift Roller Sizer that effectively sizes round produce in a continuous process. The Screen Sizer has a rotating screen with holes at a set size that separates produce into two sizes.

The Allround Shake grader is designed to grade potatoes according to the square size. The potatoes are fed to the top of the machine onto the top sieve. The sieves in the machine shake in sequential frequencies, which causes the potatoes to move along on the sieves.
