The GRIMME CleanLoader is a high-capacity field loading station designed for efficient crop handling with simultaneous maximum trash separation. With a performance of up to 100 t/h, it ensures fast and clean loading directly in the field.
Built on the proven RH 24-60 Combi receiving hopper with a 20 m³ capacity and 15 PU spiral rollers, the CleanLoader delivers excellent soil and impurity separation. The integrated cross conveyor, extendable to both sides, eliminates the need for additional conveyors.
The machine operates independently using a fuel-efficient HATZ diesel engine, enabling flexible field use without external power sources. The powerful cart elevator allows smooth and gentle loading into trailers and trucks and can be hydraulically swivelled up to 25° on both sides, reducing vehicle movement during loading.
Operation is simple and user-friendly via the VC 50 touchscreen terminal and remote control, allowing convenient handling from the loading platform. The CleanLoader is highly versatile and suitable for crops such as potatoes, carrots, red beet, onions and chicory.
