Banas Dairy and BBSSL signed an MoU to build a seed-to-market potato value chain, producing certified seed potatoes and promoting cooperative growth to boost farmer productivity, innovation, and income under the 'Sahakar se Samriddhi' vision.

Banas Dairy has just completed a new 10,000 MT capacity cold storage facility for storing potatoes used in Amul's potato products.

The Banas Dairy (part of GCMMF) potato plant will have an annual capacity to process 50,000 metric tonnes of potatoes. The company will produce French fries and 12 other potato products for local markets as well as export.
