The Irish Potato Federation (IPF) is the representative body for potato merchants in Ireland. The federation promotes the interests of its members and represents the potato merchant industry at official meetings with state agencies. Its members comprise potato wholesalers, packers, importers and exporters of both seed and ware potatoes.
