Jackson`s Honest Potato Chips is a Chips company that was established in Colorado, making kettle style potato chips fried in coconutoil, using organic potatoes.
In 2017, the company secured an investment deal with Rohan Oza in the TV show Shark Tank - a reality show offering starting entrepreneurs a chance to pitch their venture to business titans.
Since, Jackson`s Honest Potato Chips has changed its name to Jackson’s and focused their entire product line on kettle cooked sweet potato chips. They no longer use organic (sweet) potatoes.
Jackson's is also building their own manufacturing facility in Muskego, Wisconsin
