JEROS A/S, a Danish provider of industrial cleaning and hygiene products, was founded in 1963. The firm creates equipment for food processing facilities, such as automated washing systems for cleaning multihead weighers and other industrial components.
The JEROS 8160 ACE model is a closed washing system that is commonly positioned near weighing lines and can handle up to 10 units per hour. Depending on the size, a single wash cycle may clean between 16 and 48 multihead weighers in 3-6 minutes. The system uses around 16 liters of water every cycle, with washing at 52°C and disinfection at 85°C.
A specialized trolley system enables for tool-free removal and secure placing of components, which helps to prevent handling damage when cleaning. The equipment is designed to support hygienic production standards in food manufacturing facilities and is certified by Eurofins Steins Laboratory for documented hygiene performance.
