Land O'Lakes, Inc. is a farmer and retailer-owned agricultural cooperative based in Arden Hills, Minnesota.  Established in 1921, the company now works in all 50 states and more than 60 countries, making it one of the largest cooperatives in the United States. 

Land O'Lakes, with roughly 10,000 employees and over 3,600 direct producer members, recorded yearly sales of more than $14 billion, placing it among the biggest agribusinesses in the country. Land O'Lakes is well-known in the food market for its varied dairy product line, which includes butter, cheese, spreads, and refrigerated desserts.
