Leelaram Enterprises is an India-based food processing and technological consulting company that specializes in potato processing and potato flakes. The organization was created by industry professionals with over 160+ years of combined expertise in food processing, training, and development.

Leelaram Enterprises assists food businesses with plant setup, modernization, and process enhancement in potato flakes producing facilities.  Mr. Dinesh Garg, an experienced food technologist who helped build up and establish India's first potato flakes manufacturing factory, serves as the company's technical head. Since then, he has developed over 150 potato flakes-based product applications and assisted over 316 clients with application development, product enhancement, and standardization.

This project aims to assist producers in transitioning from fresh potatoes to potato flakes, thereby minimizing difficulties such as water usage, waste management, raw material variability, and manufacturing complexity. Leelaram Enterprises contributed to the commercial use of potato flakes in snack production, including goods like aloo bhujia, where established savory food makers used potato flakes instead of real potatoes. 

The company has also been involved in the establishment and management of various potato processing plants in Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, facilitating their long-term operational growth.
