The Chopin potato is a high-yielding, mid-season variety with smooth yellow skin and creamy yellow flesh. Known for its disease resistance, it matures in 100-120 days. Maincrop maturity, with high yields and early bulking. Medium dry matter, firm cooked texture, good boiling, fresh French fry, and mashing quality. King Edward is an old British variety with a special pattern on the skin. The majority of the potato skin is yellow with delicate pink spots. Smooth skin and an excellent taste. Very good, slightly nutty potato flavor. Predominantly firm in cooking. Oval to round. Yellow fleshed. Medium early to late.

Marfona is a fresh table variety with a yellow skin and light yellow flesh.
