OIPACYL, the Interprofessional Potato Organization of Castilla and Leon, was established as an association on April 29, 2016, with its founding partners, bringing together regional representatives of the production, processing, and marketing of potatoes with the aim of constituting a tool that serves as a union of the different links of the chain and defends its general interests.
