Opened in 2026, the facility allows customers to evaluate Optimum Sorting's sorting technologies using their own products. The site features the company's Novus belt sorter and Ventus free-fall sorter and supports demonstrations for nut, vegetable, fruit and confectionery applications. The facility was established following the relocation of Optimum Sorting's California operations from Turlock to a larger Sacramento location.
