Belgian AI technology company Polysense has raised USD 10.7 million to expand its AI-powered quality control and process optimisation solutions, helping food manufacturers reduce waste, improve yield, and automate real-time production decisions.

JADCO has signed a strategic partnership with Polysense to introduce AI and Digital Twin technologies in its French fries plant, enabling real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and automation as part of its agri-industrial transformation.

Tummers and PolySense partner to launch AI-powered, camera-based potato processing. Debuting on the Delta Roller Spreader, it boosts efficiency, cuts waste, and fuels Tummers Connect, the digital platform for smarter, data-driven operations.

Polysense, a Belgian technology start-up, raised EUR 2 million (USD 2.3 million) from tech entrepreneurs to further disrupt the food industry. The company specialises in AI solutions for production processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency. 

Agristo, a global leader in potato products, is targeting an ambitious milestone: producing 1.3 million tons annually by 2030. Agristo has partnered with Polysense, a cutting-edge AI innovator specializing in food industry solutions to achieve this sustainably.
