Saltwell AB is a Swedish firm that produces Saltwell®, a naturally low-sodium sea salt derived from an old subterranean salt mine in Chile's Atacama Desert.

The product comprises a natural sodium-potassium combination, which results in roughly 35% less sodium than standard salt. This composition allows for salt reduction in food processing without compromising flavor or functionality.

Saltwell is utilized in a variety of food industry applications, including meat and poultry, plant-based foods, snacks, baked goods, sauces, and ready meals.

To meet a wide range of industrial needs, salt is available in a variety of forms, including fine grain, microfine powder, and natural versions free of anti-caking chemicals.
